Georgia F.O.G Alliance Chairperson:
Douglas White - Griffin, Georgia
Mr. White comes to us from Griffin, Georgia. He is currently the Manager of the FOG Program for the City of Griffin and also works as the Construction Project Manager for Water & Wastewater and Environmental CODE Enforcement Officer. He recently has taken on the role of warehouse manager for the Water & Wastewater Department. Mr. White is a certified CODE Enforcement Officer and Level 1B Certified Inspector for Soil and Erosion Control.
Mr. White has served on our staff as the Conference Chairperson from 2005 to 2007 and then became the Co-Chairperson from 2007 to 2009 and also served as the interim Chairperson in 2009. He has also been the Georgia F.O.G Alliance website administrator since 2005 to current.
Mr. White also has worked on the rules committee for the Georgia Environmental Protection Division helping to create the requirements for the Georgia Commercial Waste Transporter requirements and law.
Georgia F.O.G Alliance Co-Chairperson:
Xavier Davis - Peachtree City, Georgia
Mr. Davis comes to us from Peachtree City, Georgia. Xavier V. Davis, GISP is the GIS (Geographic Information Systems) Specialist / FOG (Fats, Oils, and Grease) Program Coordinator with Peachtree City Water and Sewerage Authority (PCWASA) in Peachtree City, GA. Xavier has been with PCWASA since August 2006. Xavier’s responsibilities at PCWASA are ensuring that the GIS, FOG, IT, and SCADA programs within the PCWASA Technical Services Division are well maintained and managed efficiently.
Xavier has more than 14 years of professional experience working with such organizations as the Georgia Department of Transportation, CDE Services, Inc., Clear Choice Telephones, Inc., and ADC Telecommunications, Inc. Through these experiences, Xavier has worked in the wastewater, transportation, electronics, and telecommunications industries.
Xavier’s professional organization affiliations include Georgia URISA where he currently serves as 2014 Georgia URISA Vice-President and has previously served as 2013 North/South Georgia Sub-Chapter Chair and 2011-2012 Conference & Workshop Chair. In addition, Georgia F.O.G Alliance where he currently serves as Vice-President and served as Treasurer during 2 terms (2008-2009 and 2010-2011.) Xavier also serves on the ITT Technical Institute. Program Advisory Committee – School of Drafting and Design and is a member of the Georgia Association of Water Professionals (GAWP).
Xavier is certified as a Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) by the GIS Certification Institute since October 2011.
Xavier has a bachelor’s of science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology (Communication Emphasis) from Southern Polytechnic State University and is an Eagle Scout Award Recipient.
Xavier has been married to Anika (Taylor) Davis and has one daughter, Analisa. Xavier’s hobbies include reading, exercising and traveling.
Georgia F.O.G Alliance Educational Co-Chairperson:
Randall Mathis - Tifton, Georgia
Mr. Mathis comes to us from Tifton, Georgia. Randall has been with the City of Tifton since 2001, the last 6 years he has been the Cross connection Inspector/Grease Trap Coordinator, along with overseeing the sewer cleaning maintenance crew.
Mr. Mathis holds his licenses as a Backflow Prevention Tester, Water Distribution Operator, Wastewater Collections System Operator and Utility Forman along with being Level 1A Certified Personnel for the GSWCC. He is a member of the Georgia Assiciation of Water Professionals and the Georgia FOG Alliance since 2008.

Salimary Ravelo - Savannah, Georgia
Salimary Mojica comes from Savannah, Ga via Puerto Rico. She is currently one of two Environmental Compliance Inspectors for the City of Savannah Water Reclamation Department. She was previously a Property Maintenance Inspector and holds a current ICC Certification. Belongs to the Georgia Association of Code Enforcement, GAWP, Coastal Georgia Inspectors Association and serves on the board of directors for Neighborhood Improvement Association. Holds a B.S. and an MBA in Business Administration and has been a part of the Georgia FOG Alliance since 2012 and serving with the City of Savannah since 2008.

Jamie Stones - Cobb County, Georgia
Georgia F.O.G Alliance Secretary:
Jennifer Flewellen - Clayton County, Georgia
Jennifer Flewellen comes to us from Clayton County, GA. She is currently the Environmental Compliance Coordinator for the Clayton County Water Authority. She oversees the CCWA F.O.G. Program, Industrial Pretreatment Program, and the wastewater lab. She is a graduate of Mercer University with a B.S. in Environmental Science and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Quality Assurance from Southern Polytechnic University. She has served on the Georgia F.O.G. Alliance since 2007. She is also a member of the GAWP Lab Committee and Industrial Pretreatment Committee.
